Return Eligibility

  • You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
    • Unworn and unwashed
    • In their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
  • Customized or final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at info@ethericvintage.eu within the return window. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Shipping the Item: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the same return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange and send out the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
